  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories** are intact

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., personal care, intimate wear, customized items)

Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued upon request

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order separately.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Innerwear and swimwear

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
